Terms of Service
Last updated Oct 12, 2026
These Terms govern your use of SiteBota, a service operated by Fida Ventures LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using SiteBota you agree to them. If you use SiteBota for a company, you agree on its behalf.
1. The service
SiteBota helps project owners and their teams record and follow construction work: progress, tasks, daily reports, photos, files, budgets, expenses, payment requests, issues and approvals.
SiteBota is a record-keeping and communication tool. It does not move money, hold funds, give engineering, legal, tax or financial advice, or guarantee the quality, cost or timing of any construction work.
2. Accounts
You must give accurate information, keep your password private and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Tell us promptly at legal@fidaventures.com if you think your account has been used without permission.
3. Projects, roles and your team
The person who creates a project is its owner. The owner decides who joins and with which role; each role sees only what SiteBota allows that role to see.
You are responsible for the people you invite and for having the right to share any information you add about them or your project.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you and your team add ("your content"). You give us permission to store, process, display and back it up only as needed to run SiteBota for you.
Entries in a project's history (audit log) are kept unchanged on purpose, so a project has a reliable record. Removing someone from a project stops their access but does not erase what they recorded.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use SiteBota to break the law, upload content you have no right to share, upload malware, try to access other people's projects or data, overload or probe the service, or resell it without our agreement.
We may suspend or remove access that breaks these rules or puts others at risk.
6. Support access
SiteBota staff cannot see your project's budget, expenses, files or reports unless the project owner allows it. When allowed, access is read-only, lasts up to 24 hours, can be ended early, and every page staff open is recorded in the project's history.
7. Plans, trials and fees
SiteBota is currently offered as a pilot or trial. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you the price and terms before you are charged; nothing is charged without your agreement.
We may pause an account (keeping it readable) when a trial ends, at the owner's request, or for a breach of these Terms.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep SiteBota available and your data backed up, but the service is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable. Keep your own copies of documents that matter to you.
We may change or improve features. If we make a material change to these Terms, we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using SiteBota at any time and ask us to close your account at legal@fidaventures.com. Project owners can archive projects. We may end the service for an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these Terms.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made, payments made or work done based on information in SiteBota. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that cannot be waived.
11. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Virginia/USA, and disputes go to its courts, unless your local law requires otherwise.
